At The Official ITV Shop, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, but we offer a 30-day return policy for any items that do not meet your expectations. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by the portal to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the generated shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
